How to get started
We welcome and encourage anyone who is interested or at least thinking they may possibly on some level somewhere be interested in seeing what this whole "CrossFit" thing is about to drop in for a class. Your first three classes are FREE. We just ask that you let us know when you'd like to stop by.
Dropping in for a class will give you a chance to meet our coaches and see our awesome community of athletes in action. Don't worry though, while it will be physically challenging, the coaches will scale the workout appropriately.
Knowing that you will LOVE your experience at Chagrin Falls CrossFit, the next step will be getting you set up as a member and ready to start On-Ramp Classes. Our On-Ramp Classes are a series 60 minute intro sessions completed over 2-3 weeks. New members will learn the skills, lifts, techniques, and language that is CrossFit. We will explore any limitations you may have and get you ready to join the herd of athletes in regular classes.
On-Ramp Classes are kept small to ensure everyone gets the appropriate attention from the coaches. If you're ready to get started reserve your spot today!

Summer/Fall 2018 On-Ramp Schedule:
On-Ramp is a series of 9 Sessions spread over 3 weeks. Mondays and Wednesday at 7:30 pm and Saturdays at 9:30 am.
Summer I: June 25th-July 21st (no classes the week of July 4th)
Summer II: July 23rd- August 11th.
Summer III: August 13th- September 1st.
