How we perform in the gym is dictated by the external influences we face each day. How did you sleep? How did you eat? How did you recover? Are you stressed?
Part of the CrossFit ethos is to observe what's measurable and repeatable, and through this we can evaluate the trajectory of our progress. This is why you'll see important fitness benchmarks repeated throughout the year. First we measure, then we work, then we re-measure. But we also need to know and measure other metrics of health. Performance optimization isn't just for elite athletes. Remember, what we do in CrossFit varies by degree, not kind. Our team along with McCoy Medical offers cutting edge testing to help you not only improve in your workouts, but improve in life. |
How it works:
IntAKE APPOINTMENTIntake Appointment
(Virtual or In-Person) Get started with a 45 minute intake appointment. Meet one-on-one with your health coach for a deep dive into your habits and daily routine. Unpack where you are in real time, talk about your goals and where you want to go.
You'll get a deeper understanding of why we want to collect diagnostics and data and how we'll craft a strategy specific to your needs. Intake appointments can be done virtually or in the McCoy Medical office which is located in the office building directly in front of the affiliate. Intake Appointment: $200 (HSA/FSA eligible). |
DIAGNOSTICSBody Composition
Resting Metabolic Rate Active Metabolic Rate (Vo2 Max) A deep understanding of your data provides framework for your performance plan. We'll asses body composition, visceral fat score, resting metabolic rate, Vo2 Max, measured heart rate zones, and how your body burn fats and carbohydrates as fuel at rest and during activity.

REVIEW AND SUPPORTReview Appointment
Personalized Stategy This 60 minute review appointment will discuss all of your diagnostic data. A personalized strategy will be presented, and a plan on how to execute will be provided. This is also considered an education appointment where the why's and reasons behind your personalized plan will be discussed. Personalized plans include nutrition strategy, training recommendations, supplement suggestions, and other relevant performance related guidance.
Review Appointment + Plan: $450 (HSA/FSA eligible). Continued coaching support is available with weekly 20 minute virtual check-ins (scheduled based on availability) and personalized training plans. Starting at $200/month (HSA/FSA eligible). |
