All unlimited pricing options are for unlimited WOD, BootCamp, and Cardio Combine classes as well as any open gym times that are on the schedule. We also include access to mWOD, nutrition advisement and accountability check-ins. Members can attend any class time, any day of the week. No reservations needed. Just show up and do work. 

Getting Started:  $225 for first 4 Weeks, includes On-Ramp Classes

We know that jumping into something can be scary. We require all "new to CrossFit" members to go through mandatory Intro Sessions (On-Ramp). New members will spend up to 6 sessions learning the movements, technique, safety and mechanics necessary to make the transitions into regular classes. On-Ramp is $225 and includes any and all sessions needed to get you up to speed. Some may sail through in a couple sessions, others may need a bit more attention to get there, and that's ok. Your first 4 weeks are included in the $225. The average person spends 2 weeks in On-Ramp and 2 weeks merging into regular classes. Once you've gotten a feel for what it's like in our program we can discuss a contract option that right for you. 


After On-Ramp: We have memberships as low as $160/month. Family options, student options, and punch card options are all available.
