class Offerings: 

Chagrin Falls CrossFit offers a full schedule of classes: 

Intro Classes (On-Ramp): geared to get the novice or inexperienced CrossFitter ready to tackle a regular CrossFit class. Intro or On-Ramp classes are required prior to joining in with the regular schedule of classes. Contact us today to get started!

WOD Classes: a 60-minute, high-intensity CrossFit class. Coaches lead classes from warm-up to cool down. 

Youth Classes: For those pre-teen/teen kids looking to stay active and have fun while doing it. Our Youth Classes aim to help with body awareness and functional movement patters.  Ages 8-14.

Boot Camp and Cardio Combine: Bootcamp style, interval classes. No CrossFit experience necessary.

Individualized/Private Coaching: this option is available, please contact us to learn more information about availability and pricing. Corporate and Team Building Seminars scheduled by appointment only. Contact us to day if you want to get your sports team, corporate office, or small group in for a private seminar.
